Posh Paws Nails & Beauty
In these very changing times, our priority is to keep you as safe as possible on our premises & in our care. We have implemented new guidelines to ensure the safety of yourselves & staff.
We are operating on a closed-door policy. On arrival of your appointment, we will require you to remain outside until we welcome you in.
Please ensure you arrive on time to sustain our regulated operating times. Please also attend your appointment alone with minimal personal belongings. Please do not be late. Over 10 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate you.
All members of staff will be wearing the correct PPE.
From 24th July 2020 the government enforced it mandatory that face masks will need to be worn inside shops. This will be a requirement before entering our salon. This is to ensure the safety of both staff and customers present. We advise for you to bring your own masks. Disposable surgical masks can be provided at a cost.
Entering the salon, you will be greeted with our sanitising station. This will be the first thing we will ask you to do before being seated immediately. Once seated we kindly ask you to remain seated until your appointment has ended. After payment we will ask you again to sanitise before leaving and dispose of any PPE provided.
We will be cleaning and sanitising all equipment and areas after each client. Including reception areas, door handles and other public touch areas.
Contactless payments will be preferred.
The 1m plus – 2m guidelines will be in place.
Please respect everyone’s personal space when entering and leaving.
Our restroom facilities will be out of use to public until further notice. This will only be open to staff. So please ensure you will have used your own facilities before you have left home.
Refreshments will not be available to you at present. You are welcome to bring a bottle of water which you will need to take home with you when you leave the salon.
No walk-in appointments will be available at present. Our answer phone will take the majority of calls if we’re otherwise engaged, and we’ll contact you at our earliest convenience.
A full risk assessment has been completed to ensure we are Covid-19 secure in line with the current Health and Safety legislation and we regularly update our Risk Assessments and Policies to ensure they are Covid conducive.
Please inform us of any illness or symptoms. This may affect your appointment & being seen. We ask that you stay at home until well. Please note that our staff will be tested regularly and if positive cases are identified, self-isolation will become effective immediately which could result in your appointments being cancelled immediately without notice.
We will be aiming to make your visit a comfortable experience but most importantly a safe experience too. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Your Posh Paws team.
